Management of your property includes:
- Collect rent payment and forward funds to homeowner on the 10th of each month.
- Handle communications with tenant regarding maintenance items, which include water leaks, plumbing, electrical or appliance issues, etc.
- Perform periodic home inspections.
- Request approval from homeowner on repairs over $200. If homeowner is unavailable, Stubbs will take immediate action as necessary to correct the problem.
