“Each client comes to us with different needs. I enjoy the challenge of problem solving and finding the right solution to meet those needs.”

                                               -- Michael Dyer

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Michael is a highly regarded commercial real estate broker on the Dave Stubbs Real Estate team.

His office, industrial, and retail sales and lease transactions in San Diego’s coastal suburban markets exceeded $100 million from 2011-2016. Michael has also participated in the acquisition of over $30 million in triple net leased transactions since 2010. In 2003, he received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification; a professional designation achieved by only 5% of commercial real estate brokers in the country.

Michael is experienced in both bank foreclosed and non-performing note purchase opportunities, including interaction with FDIC related entities. He also specializes in 1031 exchanges and the acquisition/disposition of single tenant net lease properties. The diversity of his transactions include:

  • Champions of the West Plaza, a 67,000 square foot award winning build-to-suit in Del Mar Heights
  • Harborside Golf Center in downtown San Diego
  • Site selection/ sale responsibilities for Coca Cola Enterprises in San Diego County for 25+ years
  • Site acquisition for Palomar Station, a San Marcos transit-oriented mixed use development
  • Site acquisition for Creekview, a freestanding medical/business office park in Vista
  • NNN lease acquisitions/transactions for investors seeking superior fixed income returns

Friends and family take center stage when Michael is away from the office. In the summer, you’ll likely find him on the tennis court or at the Del Mar Turf Club enjoying the races. In the winter, he often skis throughout the Western Rockies and Canada before returning to San Diego for the offshore fishing season.
